WHERE WE DELIVER

We ship to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and all European Union countries excluding: French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guyane Francaise, New Caledonia, Martinique , Mayotte and Reunion. If you are interested in delivery to this territories, please contact us using info@progenexeurope.com or via chat.


DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

Orders are processed and shipped from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping times are estimates. PROGENEX is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather or natural disasters.

DELIVERY METHODS

All deliveries are made by our preferred carrier partners, for most EU countries you can decide between UPS and GLS and in some cases also local companies like Post Denmark. If delivery is unsuccessful three times, a note will be left giving you all the information about where to pick up your parcel.

Please be aware that our logistic partner does not deliver to a depot.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your progenexeurope.com purchases. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, please contact customer service, or email us at info@progenexeurope.com and let us know the reason of your complaint. Products may be returned within 30 days for store credit, products exchange or original payment.

BROKEN OR DESTROYED PRODUCTS POLICY

If the reason of your dissatisfaction with the order is broken or destroyed products, in order for us to be able to refund or resend you new products, we require thorough evidence in the form of picture or video of all the broken products. We apologise for this measure, but it’s a safety measure as we had previous unfortunate cases in which clients were requesting new products in big quantities, without providing any clear evidence. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving products in a deteriorated form, but appeal to your understanding as these issues occur mostly because of transportation or handling the packagings. These are unfortunate cases that we are doing our best to eliminate, but most of the time they happen because of factors that are out of our control.

QUICK PROCESSING

Due to our quick processing of orders, it may be difficult for us to make changes to your order after it has been placed. We will do what we can to accommodate your change, if the order has not already been shipped. Any shipping costs incurred as a result of changes to the order will be charged to the customer.
